Terms of Service

Ms Curvaceous UK is a brand of Ilori Streamline Ltd and works in two ways. Which terms apply to you depends on which one you are here for.

  • You are a brand booking a model

    You are hiring talent from Ms Curvaceous Model Agency for a campaign, shoot, runway show or event. Rates, overtime, travel, usage rights and cancellation are all covered by our model booking terms.

    Model booking terms

  • You are booking a shoot, workshop or course

    You are buying something from Ms Curvaceous Model Development: a portfolio shoot, a body confidence and modelling workshop, a masterclass or a digital course. Payment, refunds, date changes and image use are covered by our model development terms.

    Model development terms

  • You are applying to the agency

    You want to be represented by Ms Curvaceous Model Agency. Applying is free and always will be. We do not charge to consider you, to sign you, or to put you forward for work, and nothing you buy from Model Development affects an application in either direction.

    How to apply

How the two sides of the business relate

Ms Curvaceous Model Agency represents models and supplies them to brands. It earns commission on work it books. It does not charge models to apply, to be signed, or to be put forward for work.

Ms Curvaceous Model Development sells portfolio shoots, workshops, masterclasses and courses to individuals. Buying any of them is not an application for representation, does not guarantee work with us or anyone else, and has no bearing on an application to the agency in either direction.

Both are operated by Ilori Streamline Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading under the brand name Ms Curvaceous UK.

Which terms win where they disagree

Some events and products have their own terms, for example the Curve Pose Click Portfolio Shoot. Where those event terms conflict with the general terms above, the event terms apply for that event, and the general terms cover everything the event terms do not mention. Event terms are given to you with your booking confirmation, not only published here.
